Apply for a Habitat Home

We hold periodic community meetings where prospective partner families can learn more about Habitat and obtain applications to join the program. Please call the office at 610-373-3439 to find out when and where the next meeting will be held.

The Family Selection Committee reviews candidates based on:

• Need - Substandard or over-crowded conditions
• Income too low to obtain commercial loan
• Ability to pay the mortgage
• Willingness to work as partners on housing projects - 400 hours sweat equity

Neither race nor religion is considered when Habitat selects potential homeowners.
